Biotech future of our army

This clip shows what our army will be like in the future, they will be genetically engineered to be strong, fast, and smart. This will lead to the best army in the world where everyone is physically fit and intelligent for anything that comes in battle. This shows how someone who couldn't even make the cut to be in the army made it to being the one who saves everyone because of a government experiment. If the future of the army is like this it is likely that a lot of people will not be afraid to join the army, and America will have the biggest army of all. This shows that our present might be getting into some biotech that could really benefit our future.

Inequality in the future

The future looks like it will be pretty unequal for the poor, as time goes by the gap between rich and poor increases over the time of the future that gap should be pretty big. The rich is going to treat the poor the way this picture describes with us doing pointless work for them in order to get some money. It appears to be going in this direction due to the growing number of poor people in the world today. If something was done about this in the present it can save the future, if more people worked their would be less poor people but in the world today their aren't to many jobs out their. This picture shows us that in our present something needs to be done about the poor class in order to stop that future from happening.

Technology of the future

Human experience is marked by a refusal to obey our limitations. We´ve escaped the ground, we´ve escaped the planet, and now, after thousands of years of effort, our quest to build machines that emulate our own appearance, movement and intelligence is leading us to the point where we will escape the two most fundamental confines of all: our bodies and our minds. Once this point comes-once the accelerating pace of technological change allows us to build machines that not only equal but surpass human intelligence-we´ll see cyborgs (machine-enhanced humans like the Six Million Dollar Man), androids (human-robot hybrids like Data in Star Trek) and other combinations beyond what we can even imagine

This passage from a Popsci shows alot of what we plan to do in our future in terms of robots and technology. We want to build robots that can do everything a human can, we want the robots to be able to look and think like a human. We want cyborgs and androids and all these different types of robotics to be built in the near future in order to help our society. This does have its benefits but also its risks, some of these robots are being designed to be smarter than humans and better or stronger. This could make our race the weaker one in an event like something you would see in the movie IRobot. Our future looks toward brighter things, that are faster more reliable and more convenient which is always a good thing, but could it come at a cost to our race?

Government needs to do something

This shows the unemployment rate in the United States through April 2007- April 2009. This show that there is a major increases in unemployment because i believe it is the recession we are going through. part of this recession is caused by the government from over spending on military and other unidentified things.This shows how are future will be if the governments keeps doing what they are doing rather than focus on the unemployment. They continue to say they put focus on this big problem but if they really did then this wouldn't be a problem, part of this to blame is some of the citizens who try and get the governments money for everything they can but its just hurting the near future. This just shows that in our future if your not skilled it will almost be impossible to find a job unemployment will continue to increase which in turn will cause more and more poor people in the united states.

Priest with the power of god protect everyone.

 

This clip shows how priest save the people they are the saviors of the citizens. These priest fight vampires and protect the people as long as the people believe in their faith. These priest have the pour of god on their side to help fight against these vampires that attacks everyone. There is one priest who questions the faith and believes it to be fake and leaves the city, he is hunted down to be killed by other priest. He is trying to help in his own way but it is violating the laws of the higher priest. This shows how in our time the majority of people believe in their own religion are hoped to be protected by it, in the future it could come down to forced to join this specific religion or be exiled and left for dead by the vampires.

Biotech, live forever or die young

This video shows the advances in technology as the years go by, the currency is no longer money it is paid with life time. Everyone has time they are born with it the babies have time but they don't need to worry until they are 25, once they turn 25 they have one more year to live unless they work for their time. This society is an example of social Darwinism the rich live forever and  the poor die. This type of biotech only has its privileges for the rich because they will live forever, for everyone else its bad. The director is trying to show with the main character how this is bad and how everyone should have time by giving it away to people. This shows how are future will only benefit the rich and how it could be scary to live in a future like this where most people die at 25.

War Between Worlds

This clip shows war of advanced robotics a war between worlds. This kind of warfare would probably in reality lead to the real end of the human race due to our low level technology. This is an great example of how a war of advanced technology would play out. This clip gives fear to people of what would happen to the world, how the giant robots destroy buildings and kill people. But we fight back in efforts to defeat these giant robots. this shows how if any kind of warfare were to happen like this we would fight back. This shows why some people would probably never want advances in technology to prevent this but also how some people do want advances to protect ourselves from this.
